Names and marks

Gna Technology and Varpnir are protected as our company and product names and, through their use in trade, as unregistered trademarks. The Gna logo and the Varpnir logo are protected by copyright and as unregistered EU designs. Do not use these names or logos to name, endorse or brand another product or service without our written permission.

Varpnir

Varpnir is proprietary software, licensed under the terms supplied with it.

Varpnir includes open-source components under permissive licences (MIT, BSD, Apache 2.0 and zlib). Their notices are listed in the THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES file that ships with every release.

The Varpnir platform is patent pending.
